Amber’s family then moved to North Dakota when she was young, due to a military relocation and to be near relatives, and it has been “home” ever since. 

Amber earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Masters of Science in Educational Leadership in Higher Education at the University of North Dakota (UND) and continues to be a loyal advocate for the Grand Forks community.

In the past, Amber served at UND as a coordinator for sexual violence prevention, teaching college students about relationships. Prior to that, she worked at the wellness center, providing training and development programs to student employees. Needless to say, she is a woman of many talents and interests  … just another reason she is such a fun person to work with!

Amber and her husband, Aaron, are parents to three smart kiddos. She loves to soak in the sun, travel and enjoy new experiences with her family. She also enjoys indulging her sweet tooth by trying any dessert that looks her way!

Amber’s fun fact? She is a “Guinness Book of World Record Holder” …well, sort of. She attended the Angels vs. Twins Major League Baseball (MLB) game in Anaheim, CA, on June 25, 2014, and was a part of the crowd of 30,333 –  recorded as the largest gathering of people wearing Santa hats.
